Misc Stuff-Where I Have Been The Last Few Weeks!!!!!

Hello and greetings fellow otaku,

Now I know that most of you are wondering where the heck I have been the last few weeks? Well here is the reason or reasons why. For the most part, I am taking an eight week summer course which involves a lot of reading and writing responses and essays. Also between a hectic work schedule and that I have just resumed work on a science fiction novel, I haven’t had much time to come up with new posts for AFC.

I know that I have been slacking off on my duties, however I know that is not a feasible excuse for not updating the site on a frequent basis. But don’t panic, Anime Full Circle is not dead, at least not yet LOL!!!!!!! I hope to resume posting this week, so stay tuned everyone for some fresh content. Misc Stuff-Vote For Canne’s Anime Blog In Round Four Of The Ani-Blog Tourney!!!!!

Well folks it is coming down to the end for the Ani-Blog Tourney, and it’s really getting down to the nitty-gritty. Unfortunately one of my fellow bloggers Glo The Legend (Author of Eye Sedso) got knocked out of the tournament with only four votes (Not trying to rub it in Glo!!!!!), but hey you did very well in how far you gotten. So great job Glo and remember, there’s always next year.

But now on to some other business. Today I would like to talk about another fellow blogger who is still in the tournament. And that blogger is Canne from Canne’s Anime Review Blog. Now for those of you who are not familiar with Canne’s blog, let me give you a little preview of what it is all about.

Misc Stuff-Please Vote For Listless Ink In Round 3 Of The Ani-Blog Tourney!!!!!!

Hello and greetings fellow otaku,

Now for those of you who have been following the Ani-Blog tourney over the past two months, the competition has been getting really interesting. But while some of your favorite blogs may have been knocked out of the running, however there are still a few of my favorites that are still in the race. And one of them is a well know blog entitled Listless Ink.

Now for those of you who are un-familiar with Listless Ink, let me give you a bit of insider information. Listless Ink is a site that provides an ton of valuable information about the world of anime and everything in between. The site is ran by a really great comrade named Yi. Yi always comes up with interesting posts to read whether it is anime related or not. It’s definitely worth checking out if you are looking for fresh perspective of the anime world.

So in conclusion, I would like to ask all you loyal readers out there to please take a moment of your time to vote for Yi and Listless Ink in the Ani-Blog tournament. Yi has been able to win in the first two rounds of the tournament, but at the moment she is facing off against Random Curiosity in which they are currently leading with 64 percent (66 votes) of the vote while Listless Ink has 36% (37 votes): “Results current as of June 6, 2010 (6:28PM)”.

Yi has done very well in the tournament so far, and I would love to see her go all the way to the championship match. So please when have a moment, cast a vote for Yi. Misc Stuff-Susan Boyle Does Anime (Theme Song)!!!!!

Hello and greetings fellow otaku,

Well here is a bit of interesting news that has captured the anime world by storm. It has been learned that famous British singing sensation Susan Boyle is contributing her talents to a new Japanese anime film entitled “Welcome to The Space Show”.

Ms. Boyle will be singing the films main theme entitled “Who I Was Born to Be”. The film is based off the R.O.D. (Read Or Die) franchise. It is also know that the theme is going to be the first original song from Ms. Boyle that will be ever used in an animated feature.

Now if you haven’t seen her sing before, here is a clip from the season finale of America’s Got Talent 2009 in which she made a guest appearance. When I first saw her, I was very impressed with the power that she has with her voice. It’s just one of those rare stories in which a unknown person can become a successful overnight sensation instantly. But anyway enjoy the clip and until next time. Misc Stuff-Congratulations Ani-Gamers On Moving On To Round 2 In The Ani-Blog Tourney

Well if you were not with us yesterday, unfortunately I had announced that we have officially lost the Ani-blog tournament!!!!!!! And for those of you who are wondering what the final results were, the Ani-Gamers won with 64% (106 Votes) of the vote while we got 36% (60 Votes) of the vote.

Well unfortunately this was going to happen since the Ani-Gamers were around allot longer and that they have a stronger fan-base so it pretty much sealed the victory for them. So therefore I would like to take this time to say congratulations to the team over at Ani-Gamers for moving on to the next round of the Ani-blog Tourney!!!!!!! Misc Stuff-Why Do I Blog?

Hello and greetings fellow Otaku,

Well just the other day, someone asked me if I am a freelance journalist by trade since I run an anime blog? Well to be honest, I am not a freelance journalist by trade. Granted I wanted to major in journalism when I was allot younger,but when I learned that you could only make around thirty thousand dollars a year, I kind of had to switch career goals (AKA Information Technology). But to be completely honest, I love blogging!!!!!!! So I would like to share with you guys a couple of reasons why I blog.

1) I love sharing my passion of anime with the world

So the first reason on why I blog is that I just love sharing my general passion for anime with you readers out there. I know that most of you readers out there are hard-core anime fans just like me, and that most of you are interested in hearing about the latest information about the latest acquisitions from major anime studios, reviews of current and classic anime series and a whole lot of other things. Thus I tend to work hard to make these things a reality for you readers out there.

2) I am always interested in what other bloggers have to say

The second reason why I blog is that I am always interested in hearing what my fellow bloggers have to say. So over the past year and a half that I have been running Anime Full Circle, I have made a lot of close friends with my fellow anime bloggers. I always stop by almost every single day to see what they have to say. Some of the sites that I check out are EyeSedso, 2old4anime, Listless Ink, Badden Badden Lily and a few others that would take me to long to mention. Overall they are very interesting to read and I always try to leave a comment or two to share my thoughts on what they are talking about. I will post links to these sites at the end of this post for those of you who want to check them out.

3) Running a blog can be hard work sometimes, but I enjoy every minute of it

And the third and final reason on why I blog is that blogging can be sometimes be hard work, but in all honesty it is well worth it. Granted there are some days that I don’t feel much like blogging and there are days that I just want to give up and quit. But no matter how much I wanted to give up, I still keep going. I know that I have the support of my fellow anime bloggers out there and that they are out there to give me the strength to continue this great site. And I will never stop giving you guys what you want to hear!!!!!!

So those are just some of the reasons of why I blog. I always try to keep these things in mind whenever I blog, this way I can keep creating interesting posts to share with all of you. Misc Stuff-Happy Birthday Watanuki!!!!!!

Hello and greetings fellow Otaku,

Well as most of you guys know that today is April 1 (Aka:April Fools Day). But while most of you guys are playing pranks on friends and family members, their is another point of significance that I would like to address. Now for those of you who are fans of the series xxxHolic, today is Kimihiro Watanuki’s birthday. Now as most of you guys know, Watanuki was born on April fools day.

But despite having a rough childhood, he was able to have a successful life. Or so we think? I mean he works for Yuko who promises him that he would get rid of his ability to see spirits in exchange for chores. But I guess you could say that it all works out in the end. So happy birthday Watanuki, may you have everything you are wishing for. And make sure to share some of your birthday cake with Yuko, you never know what she will have up her sleeve!!!!!!! Ltrs.
