This is somewhat of a sad day for all of us who are fans of the film Howl’s Moving Castle. Actress Jean Simmons who was the voice of grandma Sophie passed away yesterday in her Santa Monica, California home at the age of 80 from lung cancer.
Jean Simmons was known for here many roles in television and film. Some of her most famous roles include Give Us The Moon, The Thorn Birds, How To Make An American Quilt, Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within among others. Jean, you were an excellent actress and you will be defiantly missed. We send out our thoughts and prayers to her family and friends. That’s all for now, so until next time.
